Service Outreach
Leadership Practice Through Service
Leadership students at Southwestern put their skills into practice by planning and implementing service projects in the community. Each year approximately 15 leadership service projects are underway in the community, involving more than 210 college students, and 2,000 hours of service. One of Leadership's biggest service projects is described below.
Thank you to our community partners!
The work of leadership development relies heavily on support and guidance from an array of community partners. By allowing students to test creative ideas and practice hands-on responsibility in their organizations, community partners are strong allies in service.
