V.J. Wilkins Full-Tuition Scholarships

The V.J. Wilkins Foundation of Cowley County is providing 15 full-tuition scholarships to cover the SC Summer Music Festival for qualified applicants.

To apply for one of these scholarships, fill out the application below.

If you are selected, you will be contacted by staff with the Summer Music Festival for further instructions.
