Maintenance Service Requests

The Facilities Department/Sodexo uses the FM Technologies/Keystone Consumer Portal to manage service requests for Southwestern College. This process enables you to submit a service request directly via an online request portal. This streamlines the process of submitting a maintenance request/work order and provides a way to monitor the progress of your requests.


User Account Required

To submit a maintenance request/work order, you must have a user account.

How to Create a User Account

(Note: You DO NOT use your SC Salesforce account credentials.)

  1. Open the FM/Keystone Portal
  2. Click on "Sign Up" in lower right corner
  3. Fill out the form fields on the Client Registration Process
    ► Time Zone: (GMT-05:00) Central Daylight Time (America/Chicago)
    ► Locale: English (United States)
    ► Language: English
    ► Site Code: SCKSUS
  4. Click Next (an email will be sent to your SC email account)
  5. Open the email from FM Client Portal
  6. Click the link in the email (IMPORTANT: Your Username is your SC email address PLUS ".fmcp" - ex. firstname.lastname@sckans.edu.fmcp)
  7. Review the Privacy Policy - scroll to the bottom an check "Accept Privacy Policy"
  8. Click Next
  9. Create a new password for your FM/Keystone account
  10. Click Change Password
  11. Now you are ready to submit a work request!
