SC Soccer to Kick for the Cure

Southwestern College soccer is hosting Kick for the Cure soccer games on Saturday, Oct. 16, with games against Bethel College at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. in Richard L. Jantz Stadium.

The SC soccer teams will be wearing pink in support of breast cancer awareness.  SC Kick for the Cure t-shirts will be available for purchase at the gate for $5. This limited supply will be available while supplies last.

Creekstone Farms has donated hamburgers for a tailgate meal that will take place immediately following the women's game and continue for the duration of the men's game.  Burgers and chips will be sold on a donation basis during the men's game.  Encouraged donation for a burger and chips is $3.

All proceeds will be donated to the Mid-Kansas Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Pink carnations will be available at the entry gate for cancer survivors attending the game.
