The Southwestern College athletic department will host a watch party in the Richardson Performing Arts Center (RPAC) on Friday, March 11, for fans interested in watching the opening round game of the NAIA Men’s Basketball Championship.  Southwestern College will play Indiana Tech in Marion, Ind.  The public is invited to attend and there is no admission charge.

Doors will open at noon with the game scheduled to tip-off at 1 p.m.  The game will also be broadcast on 95.9 BOB FM. 

The Moundbuilders are the #7 seed in the Marion, Ind., regional in the Cramer Quadrant of the bracket, and will play against the #10-seeded Warriors of Indiana Tech in the first game of the single-elimination, four-team regional pod. The remaining two squads in the regional are the #2-seeded Indiana Wesleyan University Wildcats and the #15-seeded Montreat University (N.C.) Cavaliers. 

If the Builders were to win their opening matchup, they would play at 5 p.m. on Saturday.  Southwestern would host another watch party in RPAC.
