According to Allyson Moon, auditions are open to individuals of all ages.
“The Little Mermaid” will be performed July 11-13 in Richardson Performing Arts Center.
“The Little Mermaid” features the character Ariel, King Triton’s youngest daughter. She has always longed to be a part of the human world, so when the evil sea witch, Ursula, grants her the opportunity to sprout legs and go after the heart of Prince Eric, she jumps at the chance. But with Ursula working against her she’ll need help from her friends and family if she is ever to see her dreams come true.
“Next to Normal” will be presented July 24-26 in Messenger Recital Hall in the Darbeth Fine Arts Center.
“Next to Normal” is a rock musical with book and lyrics by Brian Yorkey and music by Tom Kitt. It tells the story of a mother, Diane Goodman, who struggles with bipolar disorder and the effect that her illness has on her family.
