An update from the Director:

It is with regret that we must announce the cancellation of our upcoming production of "The Laramie Project." Given mounting challenges related to casting and scheduling, after much consideration, we have come to the difficult decision to cancel the production scheduled for April 19-21.

This decision was not made lightly. We understand the importance of bringing powerful stories like "The Laramie Project" to the stage, particularly in fostering discussions around social issues and promoting empathy and understanding. I was certainly looking forward to sharing this story with our community.

We sincerely apologize to all those who were looking forward to attending the production and to members of the cast who had just begun work on the production. We are grateful for your understanding and continued support.  

Moving forward, we are working on the selection of shows for our 2024-2025 season and continuing our work to improve our theater venues and spaces. On that note, we cannot wait to see an audience fill one of our campus performance venues in support of our students again soon.
