AUDITIONS and Pre-readings OPEN to the CAMPUS

January 6 & 7 – Pre-reading for THE MODEST PROPOSAL (Monday) and RENT (Tuesday) – 7:00 – 9:00pm – Darbeth 105.  Just show up and read, sing, or listen along so that you have a greater knowledge of the characters’, backgrounds, motivations, and conflicts so that you can do your best at auditions.

January 8 & 9 (Wednesday and Thursday) – Auditions for RENT – 6:30 – 9:00pm – Richardson Performing Arts Center.  Prepare 16 bars or a verse from a rock musical song.  Readings (available in Darbeth 105 on Monday) will also be done from the script. 

January 11 (Saturday) – Auditions for A MODEST PROPOSAL – Afternoon and evening (exact time frames to be announced) – Helen Graham Little Theatre.  Readings will be done from the script using an Irish dialect.  (Roger and Allyson Moon have resources, and hit the web for help.)

January 13 (Monday) – RENT Callbacks -  6:30 – 9:00pm – Messenger Recital Hall.  Singing from the production’s songs.  Additional content will be announced.
