Greetings from Southwestern College! We are pleased to announce The Mound of Sound 
Marching Festival on Tuesday, October 14, 2014 beginning at 10am at the SC Moundbuilders 
Richard L. Jantz Stadium in Winfield, Kansas. The Mound of Sound Marching Festival is 
KSHSAA and OSSAA approved and provides an opportunity for schools to perform for a panel 
of adjudicators in a friendly and supportive environment. The feedback given is intended to 
encourage participating bands to make improvements in their marching and music for future 
performances at home and other festivals.
