Southwestern College Professional Studies in Wichita will celebrate their 15th anniversary on Thursday, April 14, from 5 to 6 p.m. 

The come-and-go event will be at the east location, 2040 South Rock Rd. in Wichita.  A special presentation to recognize the Southwestern College Professional Studies founders as well as special faculty, staff, and learners will be at 5:30 p.m.  Light refreshments will be served. 

“Our Wichita location was opened at a time when non-traditional learners, and certainly online learners, were underserved,” says Karen Pedersen, vice president for Professional Studies.  “Now, 15 years later, we continue to see a growing need for quality programs designed for working professionals and military personnel.”
