Parent Information
All festival participants are expected to follow all of the rules set forth by Southwestern College in the Residence Agreement and Camp & Conference Policies (see below). Failure to do so may result in the participant’s expulsion from the program.

Move-In Day
Move-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, June 2, 2024.
Join Us for the Festival Finale
Parents and families are invited to join us on Saturday, June 8, 2024, for a concert by festival attendees!

What to Bring
- 2 Sheets (standard twin) or sleeping bag
- 1 Blanket
- 1 pillow and pillowcase
- 2 Towels (shower and swimming)
- 3 Washcloths
- T-shirts and shorts
- Tennis shoes and socks
- Night clothes
- Swimming suit
- Sunscreen
- Lightweight jacket or sweatshirt
- Personal items (toothpaste, toothbrush, soap, deodorant, shampoo, etc…)
- Medication (in original container) if needed
- Suitable clothing is needed for 6 days and should be marked with the camper's name.
DO NOT bring TVs, stereo equipment, or valuable items.
Southwestern College is NOT responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave all valuables at home.
Phone Policy
Campers may not use cell phones during the day but may make short calls in the evenings while they are in the dorms. They will also have access to campus phones. Parents, please do not call the camper at the Festival unless it is an emergency.
