Enrollment Requirements

Students must enroll in the Agribusiness courses (listed above under Agribusiness Requirements) through Cowley College. Southwestern College will accept the credits from Cowley College for credit toward the degree at Southwestern College. The Southwestern College “Satisfactory Academic Progress Policy” will be in effect for this student during the period of this agreement. 

Students will pay tuition and fees as well as food and housing (if living on campus) at Southwestern College. The combination of Cowley College classes and Southwestern College classes is designed to meet the full-time enrollment requirement at Southwestern College. Southwestern College will be responsible for monitoring eligibility for and disbursing financial aid.   

Students should consult the Southwestern College policies for calculating financial aid awards, disbursing aid, monitoring satisfactory progress and eligibility requirements, keeping records, and return of financial aid if a student decides to withdraw. Those policies may be found in the Financial Aid Handbook and the Southwestern College catalog
