Refunds

Refund checks can be electronically deposited into bank accounts of students who have signed up for eRefund or mailed through US Postal Mail within 14 days of their appearance on the statement.

eRefund/Direct Deposit Refund

The quickest way to receive refunds, including credits from your federal aid, is to sign up for eRefund.

To enroll in eRefund (or update your banking information)

1. Go to Self-Service > Finances tab > ePayment
2. Go to the 'My Account' Tab and locate the section for 'Direct Deposit Refunds'
3. Select the 'Sign up' Link
4. Follow prompts to add bank routing and account number.

Once enrolled, refunds will be automatically deposited until you opt-out to receive paper checks.

Receive SMS/Text Notifications

There is a new option to get an SMS Notification when payment is due/processed, tax forms are available, or eRefund gets processed from ePayment.

To receive SMS Notifications on your mobile phone:

1. Go to Self-Service > Finances tab > ePayment
2. Go to the 'My Account' Tab and locate the section for 'SMS Notifications'
3. Select the 'Sign up' link
4. Enter your mobile phone number and service provider
5. A confirmation code via SMS text will be sent to your phone
6. Enter the confirmation code and select "Continue" to validate your phone
