Declined Payments

Who do I call if my credit/debit card cannot be processed online?
Please call the telephone number on the back of your credit/debit card for questions related to declined payments.   You may wish to contact your issuing bank to understand the daily card transaction limits set in place by your financial institution or cardholder.

My card cannot be accepted for security reasons?
Please verify that your address on file in the profile tab of Self-Service matches the current address on file with your credit/debit card issuer.  The Address Verification System (AVS) is a system that will check the billing address of the credit card provided for the online transaction and the address on file with the credit card company.

All payments will apply to the oldest charges first. Payments will be posted on the same business day that the funds are received.
