Before Check-In
If you have not enrolled, contact your admissions representative.
We encourage you to finalize your paperwork ahead of Moundbuilder Check-in during regular business hours: M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. What to do before check-in:
- Request a Self-Service account
- Apply for housing
- Complete financial aid
- Complete a Student ID
- Athletics Pre-Participation Checklist
- Pay balance due OR set up a payment plan
Your admissions representative can assist you with any questions.
What to expect at Moundbuilder Check-In
Financial Aid/Payment Plans: If you have an account balance you will be directed to the financial aid and student accounts areas.
You will need to pay your balance in full, have financial aid in place to cover your full balance or set up a payment plan before the first day of class, Monday, January 10, 2022.

Get your ID card (if an ID card has not been issued to you)
Your schedule: You will receive a copy of your schedule.
Meet the Student Success Team to schedule appointments to discuss disabilities accommodations, tutoring, or probationary status support.
SC issued laptop (you must have your ID card with you). You will receive your laptop.
Complete a COVID-19 rapid test. It is a simple nose swab with quick results.
Move in! After the results of the COVID-19 rapid test, you can move into your residence hall.
