August 14 | 8 am - 4 pm (Spring Athletes & all Non-Athletes, including Basketball, Baseball, Flag Football, Golf, Softball, Tennis, Track)


Returning & Transfer Fall Student-Athletes:

All Students Assigned Check-In Time
Each student has been assigned a designated move-in day and time.​ Students have been sent an email with their individual check-in times and details. If you did not receive your notification, or if you have questions or conflicts with your check-in appointment, please contact the Office of Student Affairs at claire.nichols@sckans.edu.

We encourage you to finalize your paperwork during regular business hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Items to complete before check-in:

Registration and Move-in Dates and Times

FRESHMEN STUDENTS

  • Freshmen Fall Athlete Registration August 7, 8am-4pm (by appt) | Mossman Hall
  • Freshmen Fall Athlete Move-In (after registration) August 7, 8:30am-5pm | Assigned Residence 
  • Freshmen Spring Athlete & Non-Athlete Registration August 14, 8am-4pm (by appt) | Mossman Hall
  • Freshmen Spring Athlete & Non-Athlete Move-In (after registration) August 14, 8:30am-5pm | Assigned Residence 
  • Female students will check into Cole Hall and male students will check into Wallingford Hall.

TRANSFER STUDENTS

  • There are two different days for transfer student registration/move-in. (See below)
  • Fall Sport Transfer Registration August 8 | Registration @ Mossman Hall 8am-4pm (by appt) | Move-In 8:30am-5pm
  • Spring Sport/Non-Athlete Transfer Registration (for athletes in spring sports and non-athletes) August 17 | Registration @ Mossman Hall 1-4pm (by appt) | Move-In 1:30-5pm
  • Transfer Orientation August 19|  Deets Library 11am-12pm
  • After completing the registration process, please proceed to your assigned residence hall.

Order Textbooks

The Barnes and Noble College Bookstore storefront switches to Fall 2024 on July 18 for the Main Campus.

In the meantime, you can access the ISBN list from the Registrar’s webpage. A PDF copy of the courses offered and the corresponding ISBN are found there. 

Approximately 4 weeks prior to the class start date, you should receive an email with a voucher ID to purchase textbooks.  This voucher allows you to charge your books to your student account at SC. Log in to the link in the email.  You will need your SC ID # and the voucher ID. There is also a link to the online bookstore on Self-Service home page.
