Bio

The SC Helpdesk team provides support for all users, taking initial walk-ins, calls and emails through our on-campus Helpdesk. We provide technical support for endpoint devices such as laptops, desktops, printers and other accessories. In addition, we also provide equipment checkout and additional technical services.
