**Please note: for the 2022-2023 academic year, Dr. Amber Peterson's rate is $12/half-hour.*
*16.5% of all fees are for administration and building expenses.

Group Class* Fees
*Group classes include: Beginning Group Piano class, Southwestern Children's Choir, Southwestern CommUNITY Percussion Group, and Melody Builders
- Group classes are generally 8 to 12-weeks in length and tuition varies per class.
- Fees vary per class/ensemble/group. Please inquire for current rates.
- A $10 registration fee is assessed per family per academic year.
- Registration fee covers up to 3 family members enrolled in CMS group classes.
- If student is enrolled concurrently in private lessons with CMS, the group fee will be waived.
- Early registration and payment in full will waive any registration fees. Deadlines to qualify for waived registration fee: Fall-September 1, 2022; Winter-January 1, 2023; Spring-April 1, 2023.
- Tuition for group classes are non-refundable unless classes are canceled due to insufficient enrollment.
- Group classes may not be prorated.

Payment Schedule Deadlines
All invoices are net 30-days. You have the choice of paying for your lessons weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. If you would prefer to pay for the entire semester, please contact the Director at cms@sckans.edu.
Financial Assistance
The CMS has limited financial aid assistance available. If interested in learning about financial assistance for private lessons or group classes, please email the CMS at cms@sckans.edu or call 620-229-6188 to receive more information on financial assistance. You may also complete the Community Music School Financial Assistance Application and email the completed form to the CMS at cms@sckans.edu

In an effort to streamline our business practices and to help make paying for your child's lessons easy and convenient, we are now offering online payments.
