Education (MED/EdD)
The Master of Education degree is designed to enhance and improve the skills and understandings of the teacher-practitioner and to provide a sound theoretical base for continued study. It is grounded in the core propositions of the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. Majors are offered in special education and in school leadership.
The Doctorate in Educational Leadership is a terminal professional doctorate designed to prepare advanced practitioners for executive leadership, scholarly inquiry, and systemic change within nonprofit and civil society organizations including school districts and higher education institutions.
