About Us
History
Established in the spring of 2004, the Campus Life office collaborated with Student Government and Student Activities Association to form an organization that continuously encourages interest in the advancement and support of Southwestern College.
The Student Foundation was organized for the general purpose of enlisting and motivating outstanding SC students to promote the welfare of the Southwestern family. Specifically, programs/events of the Student Foundation are directed toward four major areas: traditions, activities, community involvement, and student recruitment.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to enrich the collegiate experience by providing programs, services, and involvement opportunities that promote unity, diversity, and student development. Student Foundation programs are directed toward the physical, spiritual, mental, educational, and social health of the students.
