The Leo banquet is the Leadership team's end-of-the-year celebration event.  Team members are recognized for their hard work throughout the year, and seniors are presented with parting gifts.  Those who have earned a minor degree in Leadership Studies are also recognized at this event.  One Leadership team member is presented with the honorary "Leo" award, recognizing the heart of a true servant leader.
